Name: Osama Ali Abu Sa'ada.

Resident: Bani Suhaila.

Date of martyrdom: February 15^th,2008.

Way of martyrdom: land to land rocket.

Background:

Osama was born in May 8th,1986 in Khanyounis city. He lived in the Palestinian land under the Zionist occupation and refused this hostile entity. He saw the Zionist crimes and became a part of his memory. So he became ambitious to defend his occupied land and to join to the people who defend this land with everything they had.

His family was very humble. His family raised him on the Islamic principles and the manners. He finished his primary study in Bani Suhaila primary school. He move to A l "Owda" prep. school. Then he moved to the secondary school. His average was excellent. He joined to Al Azhar university. He loved the rightness so the people so his friends loved him. His friends added that he silent all the time. He didn’t talk much. His close friends described him as a tolerant man.

Al Qassam Brigades:

The leadership agreed to let him be a mujahid with Ezzedeen Al Qassam Brigades in 2006. He took many of the military courses in his area, then he finished the courses with excellent rates. He gained a wide experience in infantry.

He participated with his friends in firing rockets and mortars at the Zionist sites and settlement. He participated in defending his area from the Zionist invasions. Also he participated in cleaning Gaza from the traitors. He participated his friends in defending Al Zanna area east of Khanyounis.

Members of Al Qassam Brigades were friends to Osama told us that Osama was very skillful in concealing. He was a secret man, so he didn’t want anyone to know about his work in the Brigades. His friends said that when he was going to his duty, he was taking the security procedures.

Martyrdom:

Osama was working in the Palestinian police, which formed by Sheik Saed Siyam. On February 15th,2008, He was in his duty with 6 of his friends, he checked the air, he didn’t find war planes. He went to pray with his friends, but when they stood in a line to pray (one the Muslims ceremonies) inside their quarter, the Zionist forces fire two land to land rockets. He martyred immediately with his friends. His body turned into fragments.

Ezzedeen Al Qassam Brigades mourned Osama in Statement on Al Qassam site. The Brigades assured that Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades reaffirms its commitment and determination to continue the resistance against the belligerent occupation forces.
