Background:

He was born in December,15th 1974 in Jabalya camp in humble house, his roots back to occupies city in 1948, [Neilia]. He studied in his camp's schools, then he complete his study in the open university.

Al Qassam Brigades:

Al Qassam leadership saw his behavior & commitment in the virtue, so they accept his request of being a member in Al Qassam Brigades, so he became a member in Jabalya camp in 2003.

He begins Began his way on many works that Al Qassam Brigades proud of him like:

1. He participated in protecting the camp from the Zionist forces, which tried to invade it.
2. He participated with his friends in ambushing the Zionist forces.
3. He participated in guarding his camp from the Zionist Special Forces.

Martyrdom:

Atef martyr in November,11^th 2007. He martyred during the invasion of Jabalya camp by the Zionist occupation, he clashed with the Zionist forces.

The Brigades said in its statement "The Mujahed was martyred after many years of hard work and sacrifice in defending his home from the Zionist occupation.

"Al Qassam Brigades mourn the death of the Mujahedeen, reaffirms the commitment and determination to continue the resistance against the belligerent occupation forces," the Brigades said.
