Zionist soldiers are seen near the car which was carrying two Zionist settlers, man and woman who were wounded in a shooting near the illegal settlement of Kochav Hashachar and east of the West Bank city of Ramallah 1st of September, at 11p.m.
Al Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas movement declared full responsibility for the operation, and considered it as a normal response to Zionist violations.

Background:
He was born on May 6th, 1973 in humble house. He finished his primary & Prep. study in his camp's schools, and then he finished his high schools. Saed was the best between his brothers. He was married and he has four children from her.
He gained the respect of his neighbors by treating them well, he was visiting his friends permanently, his teachers witnessed that he was very polite with them.
Saed loved the resistance path because he found it as the only way to realize the Palestinian stolen rights. Therefore, he participated in addressing several Zionist incursions in different regions.
Al Qassam Brigades:
Al Qassam leadership saw his behavior & commitment in the virtue, so they accept his request of being a member in Al Qassam Brigades in Gaza city. He participated with his comrades in:
- He participated in protecting the camp from the Zionist forces.
- He participated in ambushing the Zionist forces.
- He participated in guarding his camp from the Zionist Special Forces.
Martyrdom:
He martyred on June 12th, 2003 in Attuffah neighborhood, he was riding his car with his friend Yasser Taha, Taha was with his wife and two children, the Zionist war planes fired seven missiles at their car.
The Mujahed was martyred after many years of hard work and sacrifice in defending his home from the Zionist occupation. Al Qassam Brigades mourn the death of the Mujahedeen, reaffirms the commitment and determination to continue the resistance against the belligerent occupation forces.
