Jerusalem – Al Qassam website – In a shameful scene, the Zionist occupation forces at Qalandia checkpoint north of Jerusalem, forced a Palestinian girl to take off her pants in front of people, claiming that the girl was carrying metal thing.

On Monday, 15^th March 2010, at 9:15 in the morning, the soldiers at the gate No. 2 at Qalandia checkpoint, forced a Palestinian girl to take off her pants in front of people after the checking device alerted for the presence of metal.

The Zionist soldier asked the girl to take off her shoes; "I have an artificial leg" said the girl, but this did not convince the soldier who started shouting very loudly. The girl took off her shoe and put it on the machine to check; she also lifted up her leg to show the artificial leg; however, all this was not enough to convince the soldier who forced the girl to take off her pants in front of people…The girl and her escort started to cry.

This incident is not the first as the Zionist occupation forces practice all humiliation actions against Palestinian people at the checkpoints spread along the West Bank. The human rights institutions, the international legitimacy and the United Nations do nothing against these Zionist continuous violations.
