Four Palestinians wounded in settlers’ attack

NABLUS - Four Palestinians were wounded on Saturday when Jewish settlers attacked their village south of Nablus city, eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter.

They said that more than 50 Jewish settlers from Yitzhar settlement attacked Assira Al-Qabaliya village throwing stones at civilians and setting their wheat and olive crops on fire.

Young men rushed to defend their village and violent clashes erupted between them, the sources said, adding that Israeli occupation forces came to assist the settlers and fired bullets and teargas at the villagers.

They said that one of the casualties was rushed to Rafidiya hospital after he was hit with a bullet in his head.
